He is has spoken and written on topics such as retail store of the future, omni-channel supply chain, inventory optimisation, advanced analytics and blockchain.

Clients include Tesco, Sainsburys, New Look, Argos, John Lewis Partnership, and Boden, as well as consulting firms everis and Hitachi Consulting.
